Today we speak with Rock and Roll Production Manager, Malcolm Weldon. Malcolm started out in the music business at the early age of 19 and never looked back. He has worked with some of the biggest names in the business including Tina Turner, Cher, Sade, Janet Jackson, Beyonce and Pink. We talk a lot about mentorship and the importance of having a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Malcolm gives details on maintaining family relationships while touring and staying healthy mentally and physically. We also hit on the impact of racism in the entertainment industry and his impactful experience of overcoming it through passion and perseverance.
