Born and raised in STL, Mary Jayne( Mary Sherod ) first stepped on stage in 2019, and she's been working comedy clubs and mics since she has opened for D.L. Hughely at the Helium comedy club at the STL Galleria. Notably, she has placed 2nd in the Comedy Roast Battle at the Back Door Comedy Club in O'Fallon, MO, and participated in the esteemed U.S. Comedy Competition hosted by Golden Artist Entertainment in Los Angeles. She's a three-time "Funniest Comedian" awardee by LOU-WE-WOOD Entertainment at the YOURS AWARDS in STL,recently, she earned the "Best Of Fest" title at the 2nd Annual Comedy Chateau Festival in Los Angeles in June 2023", also performing at the Flyover comedy festival in her home town August 2024 she has performed two shows at Smokes and Jokes with Keyjuan and Murphy Lee as well as other professional comedy venues all over the united states.
