Have you ever heard, or better yet, have you ever said "I could do his job way better" or "I could run this place, no problem." ?
I bet you have, and if so I wonder what the real extent of that thought was. How much of leadership, mentoring and managing do you really understand and could you effectively run your organization better than the current regime?
If so why haven't you taken steps in doing so? Likely because you're not ready or willing to actually take on that responsibility.
