Nova Scotia is getting warmer, precipitation patterns are changing, Nova Scotians are experiencing more frequent and intense storms, sea levels are rising and the oceans are changing. That's part of the province's climate risk assessment released this week. Later, they'll be discussing how they are preparing to deal with these impacts.
