January 20 1970 born legally blind with multiple birth defects and despite the experts saying that I was incapable of learning or succeeding in life I have come from a broken mentally challenged kid to a man with a bachelor's in political science at Texas Tech University a man who wants to return this world to an age of proactive leadership
