WASHINGTON — Police are investigating a shooting in Northeast D.C. where multiple people were shot. According to a spokesperson from the Metropolitan Police Department, officers were called to the 4000 block of Benning Road. Police say multiple shots were fired. Investigators have confirmed with WUSA9 that four people were shot.
