PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY, Md. New Carrollton Police Department (NCPD) officers shot and killed a man believed to be involved in a deadly crime spree across D.C. and Maryland overnight, the department confirmed Tuesday morning.The shooting is being investigated by the Maryland Office of the Attorney General (OAG).OAG said the man pulled out two guns when he came into contact with two NCPD officers, who both fired at the man, killing him.
