DC Police Chief Contee and Washington DC Mayor Bowser provide an investigation update following Friday's shooting near the Edmund Burke School injuring 4 people. Police identified 23-year-old Raymond Spencer of Fairfax, Virginia as the man suspected of the shooting, Police believe he died by suicide while officers were entering a fifth-floor apartment where he had set up a "sniper-type setup" with a tripod.
