A quadruple shooting in Northeast Philadelphia left three people dead and one person injured Monday night. This tragedy comes on the same day the city has heightened its police presence in neighborhoods that have been hotspots for gun violence crimes. Unfortunately, the area where the shooting occurred is not part of the increased presence.
