South Carolina officer’s bodycam led us to a lawman seeking justice against his own colleague. Sheriff for Marlboro County South Carolina was indicted along with a deputy for misconduct in office for using a taser excessively against a prisoner who in fact was complied after the first hit from the taser. The Sheriff ordered the deputy to tase the prisoner additional times.
