A New York police officer is charged with accessing a police database for his personal use to identify a female who had has a fantasy to kidnap and kill and eat based on the investigation of his internet activity on the dark web. He was communicating with others on the dark web to carry out this unspeakable deed. His fantasy and the actions he took by going to visit one of his potential targets could convince the average person that the former officer would carry out this task.
