You've no noubt heard about the suspicious fire at Hillandale Farms in Bozrah, Connecticut that killed an estimated 100,000 egg laying hens. While troubling, THIS story poses an even BIGGER threat to the food/water supply across the US. Another fire broke out in mid-January that hasn't received the attention that it should. This fire destroyed the ONE plant in the US that produces chemicals necessary for water treatment plants to do their job.
