Russell Scherwin has been described as a go-to-market unicorn. An accomplished CMO and CRO, as well as an overachieving experience in individual sales and product marketing roles, Russell has driven growth through cross-functional leadership and collaboration. Russell currently leads a boutique GTM advisory firm that helps leaders identify and pull the meaningful levers, spanning sales and marketing strategy and execution, that will unlock growth potential. He's focused on working with passionate innovators to monetize meaningful missions.
Russell was previously CRO for FPX, a Private Equity backed SaaS organization that exited to TA Associated, returning 5X PE funds invested. Prior to that he was CMO for Watson Commerce at IBM, where he was asked to scale the go-to-market model built while leading the business unit's NA sales organization. Whether it’s a sales, marketing, revenue or consultant title, Russell is known for his energy and passion for the growth mission at hand.
