Description

Edouard is Chief Sales Officer at Powell software; a global leading SaaS B2B scale up providing a digital workplace platform for any organization to better connect their employees in the new hybrid work environment.

Prior to Powell Software, Edouard worked for Microsoft for 11 years in a variety of different roles; joining as an enterprise account executive before progressing into channel sales with responsibility for managing telcos and services provider partnerships in France. Driven by curiosity and a learning mindset, he then moved into the marketing & operations organization to lead the Microsoft Azure business in France for 4 years. Finally, moving into a leadership role, Edouard came back to the channel business to head up the services partner organization for Microsoft France.

Across those different experiences, Edouard had the opportunity to see from the inside how a humanist and modern approach to leadership has resulted in a cultural shift that has transformed Microsoft and transformed its’ approach to business. This is the leadership culture that Edouard is currently building at Powell Software and one that he believes should inspire many small and large companies around the world.
