Clayton chats to Olive Mae about her new song - El Caballo Blanco
Told through the eyes of a granddaughter piecing together the story of a man she never met,
“My Grandfather was an interesting man, a prominent businessman in Perth in the 60’s and 70’s,” explains the singer-songwriter. “He started life as a butcher, opened the first ever supermarket in WA and went on to open a Spanish dancing horse theme park, El Caballo Blanco, in 1974.”
