Rick Record is a multi-talented industrious individual. He started out operating his own business, then worked for the government, After retiring he developed a social service organization to help directionless young men find their way into productive work and create meaningful lives. It would be easy for him to rest on his laurels after accomplishing all of this. But as he continues oversight of the youth service organization, he is working with his family to build a resort in his native country, Panama.
