Dr. David Inniss Director of Product Management, Innovation Lead and Self-Acclaimed Productivity Guru. David was born in Barbados. He was raised in a single parent household with his siblings. His goal was to adhere to rules and learn from the examples and wisdom his mother and other positive role models exhibited. His self-discipline and drive landed him at West Point. He earned his first degree in computer science and been very successful in the tech world, However, what he treasures most is the relationship he has with his sons. He describes separating from his wife one of the most difficult times in his life. The silver lining was the creation of the single fatherhood support program. Through this endeavor he was able to help men in similar circum-stances, stay engaged and effectively raise their children as co or single parents.
