Becky Garrow, is a public health professional,, researcher and evaluator among other things. She established a public health data collection enterprise in March 2020 just as the COVID shutdown went into effect. The data collection operation required in-person data collection. As a result, she had to pivot, and Garrow Consulting was formed with an online presence. Through her consulting business, Becky is able to influence social and envi-ronmental policy that benefits mainstream and diverse communities. She not only talks about healthy living, she practices it. Combining her love of Sacramento and biking, she created a com-panion business, Sacramento Bike Tours.
