Known as one of America's youngest serial killers Harvey Robinson terrorized a small suburb in Pennsylvania in the early '90s. Robinson is responsible for the rape and murder of Joan Burghardt, Charlotte Schmoyer, and Jessica Fortney. Robinson is the first serial killer in history from Allentown, Pennsylvania.
