Richard Rokeby is a former member of the United Kingdom miltary and a police detective. He's spent considerable time researching the events of the early 1920's in Central England, as well as studying historical aspects of the region. It seems as though the area is arecurring site of visitations. But from who or what? That's the subject of his new book and he discussed it all in the Garden.
