Arthur Faram was an air traffic controller for 32 years. This was both as a United States Marine in Vietnam as well as in the civil sector. We discuss the history of air traffic control, the laws and regulations, and the interplay between different titles and international aspects. Of course, I'm extrapolating to space as well.
