Robert Grundstein was an attorney who was helping his elderly parent work through some legal issues in the civil municipal courts of Ohio. This relatively simple process led to a spiralling nightmare that led to him being declared a vexacious litigant in the State of Ohio and led to trumped up criminal charges against him. He was forced to make numerous round trips for a system that seemed unilateral and determined to break his will and bank book. The misconduct by the judiciary branch and prosecutors ultimately led to Federal intervention and numerous Court officials, including Judges and lawyers, being charged criminally. To this date, Grundstein still has not been fully restored or made whole. This is his story.
