I want you to shift when you're looking into a conversation. I want you to be more curious. "If you are losing in a conversation you shouldn't, it is because you have a win-lose scenario getting into it at a scale." Failure No. 2: Probing Probing is another failure in communication; you ask questions from your own frame of reference. Without understanding where you're going, you're just looking to see if this person is important to me, whether they're going to agree with me or not.
