This week Kirstin has a special episode for our pre and post menopause female athletes. It's very common to see women slowing down their training and noticing changes with their body that make them feel like they can't keep up and continue training. In this episode, Dr K shares tips and tricks on how to train through menopause and beyond.  As always, you can leverage your nutrition and training to keep up your strength and overall body health and performance by just understanding some of the changes that happen when you go through menopause. We hope that you enjoy this episode and next week, we will talk about what our younger athletes can be doing to work with their cycle and while they are growing into their bodies and their athletic careers.
