I often find First Home Buyers think bidding at an auction means, if you are the highest bidder, you can then put a contract on the property for that amount subject to building and pest and finance.
This is not the case and prior to going to Auction, you should be chatting with your Broker to make sure you have covered yourself and any bids you may make.
