The first part of the show I talked about Luciano Guajardo, the former librarian and ghost investigator here in Laredo. Back in the 1960s and 70s he was the man to ask about hauntings, spirits, or ghosts. Charles Fort was one of the first people to seriously look into strange things. When fish fell from the sky Charles went to investigate. When there was unexplained things, he was there to see why. Here is his life story.
