In 1966, in Point Pleasant, WV, two young couples were attacked by a creature they described as being a giant bird. When the story hit the newspapers the name had been changed to Mothman. As more people saw and were affected by this giant creature people were wondering what it was and way it was here. In 1967, the Silver Bridge collapsed. Many think the Mothman was either responsible or trying to worn people.
