D’Wan Sims was 4 years old when he went missing in 1994. He has black hair and brown eyes, and at the time of his disappearance he was 3 feet tall and weighed 50 pounds. He was last seen wearing a blue winter jacket with a multicolored hood, a yellow, blue, and green windbreaker, dark blue sweatpants, and white FILA sneakers.
