Do you have morning savers or routines that help you kickstart your day? If you don't have morning savers, I recommend starting each day with habits that create a positive morning. In this episode, I challenge you to get your morning routine outlined. If your current practices don't make you your most productive, find the things that work and stick to them.
Commit yourself to being intentional about how you start your day. Remember, start small and find the things that work with your lifestyle. I found a daily routine that works for me, and it's the non-negotiables of starting my day. My morning practice consists of mental, spiritual, and physical fitness (a.k.a. my Fitness ATM).
Affirmation of the week: I focus on what gives me energy. My energy serves as my compass.
