What is the one thing you are happy to leave behind in 2022? Because "what we not gonna" do is allow a season of new to be clouded by the old ways of thinking. We are ending the year identifying and leaving behind the things that have held us back. We get the choice to:
- Leave things in the past to focus on what's important now - and for the future. Use your energy and time for positive and productive activities.
- Eliminate sources of stress and anxiety - Don't hold onto negative memories that take a toll on your mental, emotional, and physical health. Protect your peace of mind.
- Let go of the past and focus on the present - be open to new possibilities and opportunities. Finally, allow yourself to experience new and exciting things, and go after the adventures of your life.
