We did not come into this world with the spirit of fear; doubt; etc.
Traumatic events during ones childhood can lead one to withdraw from people; places; and things that they once adored.
Now, as an adult, certain people; places; or things causes a "trigger," that leads you to either take flight; fight; or freeze.
It's time for your inner child to be delivered; healed; and set free, in Jesus name, Amen!
As you began to rely on the Lord and other necessary resources (i.e. counseling; therapy; group therapy; church small groups; spiritual wise counseling; mentorship; etc.) you will began to notice a "healthy," (not perfect 😉) change in how you express yourself.
It's going to be a process. Don't worry about the timeframe, just focus on "starting,"...Amen!!!
