"Follow your heart," is a saying that has been embarked in many of us during our upbringing. Rather, it's deciding on a career path; rather or not one should pursue or remain in that relationship; the heart cannot make it's own decision without "influences.". You see, when we were brought into this world, "immediately," the molding and shaping of our actual being is positively or negatively impacted by our surroundings. Once one reaches the age of a toddler and so on one is "conditioned," to respond to the "matters," of ones heart based on the responses received from others. Sometimes the results of those actions lead to disappointment, but, the heart tends to want, what the heart thinks it needs. The same can be applied to ones health. It's natural for one to desire the very food that can cause health issues down the road.
As humans we tend to choose comfort and turn off our hearing and heads in the opposite direction when the truth is smacking us in the face. We then realize how far we've gotten off track and/or that we are in a dark place, which leads to psychological issues, such as, panick; anxiety; depression; etc. One may feel as if he/she is stuck and cannot make it out on his/her own. WHICH IS TRUE!!!
It's time to let down that guard; let go of that pride; REPENT; and ask the Lord for His help. When He provides His help it comes with EASE and PEACE...He is PEACE!!
It's time to FOLLOW THE HELP IN THE DIRECTION IT IS LEADING YOU...and watch how your heart becomes healthier along the way.😇🔥🙏
