Imagine sending out over 100 resume tapes then getting your first job without one! Such is story of Dave Revsine’s, host of the Big Ten Network, the single most perfect job he dreamed of. A resident of suburban Chicago, Revsine made his mark at ESPN where he was part of the launch of ESPN News. 11 years later he became the face of the Big Ten Network. In between he had the pleasure of working with such notables as Chris Berman, Bob Ley, Dan Patrick and Keith Olbermann whom he tells a hilarious story about.

Revsine was part of a strong broadcasting and theatre program in high school and like his arduous climb up the ladder he also wrote a book, The Opening Kickoff that, like his TV resume tapes, was rejected often but finally hit the New York Times best seller list!

Revsine will be the first to admit he’s living a charmed life. Then again, he’s earned it.
