Cita Makeup Founder Alma Gibbons, has a diverse career background. In the early 2000’s Alma was involved in the Modeling industry & Real Estate business, during 2017 she launched her career as a Makeup Artist. To later becoming a Stay Home Mother to care for and help educate her two young children. In the recent years Alma made a crucial decision of extending her makeup brand and becoming an Entrepreneur. Raised in El Monte, Ca. Alma has learned about different cultures and ethnicities; having her appreciate the blend of beauty from different Ethnicities.
Alma’s love affair with makeup began at age 6, when she would play with her mothers’ lipstick. It was at that point she knew Makeup was her passion.
Alma is a mother of two, and juggles her various important life roles as she tries to balance raising two toddlers and operate her business with her own line of cosmetics, Cita Makeup.
In 2019 Alma began her journey as a small business owner when she launched Citacosmetics.com, the website for her small business of cosmetic lines. Her makeup brand consists of a line of lipsticks, lipliners and eyelashes.
Currently, Cita Cosmetics is online only, but Alma’s goal is to open her own storefront business in a few years with her whole collection of skin care as well.
