This week on the Exciting & New podcast, Jason, Andy and Dana discuss the 1985 comedy classic Better Off Dead. In this John Cusack-starring vehicle, we learn that attempted suicide is hilarious, as our star nerd (who is also a great skier and pro sax player) gets dumped by some dope. He also doesn't realize there is a much hotter foreign exchange student living right across the street from him, being held hostage by Dan Schneider (art imitating life?). As always, Curtis Armstrong plays a great second banana, with the best lines in the movie. We all had a blast discussing this one, so please watch the movie first and then listen to the podcast.
