This week on the Exciting & New podcast, Jason, Andy and Dana welcome Connor back to the show as we discuss the 1985 melodrama St. Elmo's Fire. Remember all those kids you loved in the Breakfast Club and the Outsiders? Well, get ready to hate them now as they have grown up to become self-absorbed, entitled yuppie pricks. This might be the biggest disappointment of all the movies we have done so far on the ol’ E&N podcast. Demi, and Ally and Judd and Rob and Emilio, and Andrew and that one chick who didn’t make go to great lengths to earn the “who is the worst person award”. Spoiler alert: They all tie for first. Anyway, just because it was a terrible movie doesn’t mean we didn’t have fun ripping it apart (and the hatred for this movie was not universal). Even the worst Brat Pack movie is fun to discuss.
