Continuation of teaching on the conversation of the Prophet Habakkuk with the LORD GOD. The LORD shows Habakkuk the reason for man's bondage at this time is due to pridefulness (arrogance) and that this was HIS way to restore man to humility. Scriptural reference: Habakkuk 2:4-5.
