Carolyn Kiel is an instructional designer of employee training programs. She is also the host of Beyond 6 Seconds, a podcast where she interviews neurodivergent entrepreneurs, creatives and advocates about their lives and identities. She has been podcasting for 5 years, and shifted her show's focus to neurodiversity after being diagnosed with autism in her mid-40s. Carolyn has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Vassar College and a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University
