My guest today is Elizabeth Merce and we are discussing belonging and "littles" as she likes to call children age 3-8 years old. Her advice is practical and easy to implement. Elizabeth has been involved in early childhood education for over 10 years. She has created and implemented differentiated lesson plans for kindergarten with a focus on meaningful technology integration. Elizabeth has taught at Tidewater Community College, Teaching Art, Music and Movement, a hands-on course focusing on preparing teachers to teach art, music, and movement activities in an early childhood setting, and Guiding the Behavior of Children- that exposes teachers to positive guidance methods to use in their early childhood classrooms and works to move from theories to practical applications.
