Calories are a short term game at best. Around here, we're in this thing for the long haul.
CICO (calories in calories out) proponents like to cite the immutable laws of thermodynamics as the ultimate reason that all nutrition practice really boils down to energy balance.
Too bad calories don't account for Entropy... if you want to be BETTER, you'll need to be do BETTER than calories!
