WHAM’s current audience might not remember that, up until the Ice Storm of 1991, the station still played music. Though mostly on the weekends. And the last guy to host one of those show was Dan Guilfoyle. Dan tells us how his lifelong love of music led him into radio. Brian Simek and his Boy Scout Troup used to take over a radio station once a week. Those days “playing around” in the studio took him to a career in radio, television and public relations.
