Description

Proverbs 11:24-26 There is one who scatters, yet increases more; And there is one who withholds more than is right, But it leads to poverty. (25) The generous soul will be made rich, And he who waters will also be watered himself. (26) The people will curse him who withholds grain, But blessing will be on the head of him who sells it.
Generosity is wise
When you scatter seeds you reap more than you sowed

The generous soul will be made rich
If you water you too will be watered

When you withhold from others you are actually choking yourself out

There is a curse that comes with stinginess
There is a blessing that comes with generosity
The principle of sowing and reaping

2nd Grade Teacher Grooming boys to wear nail polish (Todd Starnes) https://www.toddstarnes.com/campus/video-second-grade-teacher-grooming-boys-to-wear-nail-polish/

“A second grade teacher in Boston, who goes by the name “Teacher.Spice” on TikTok, posted videos admitting that he was grooming little boys to wear nail polish. “My second grade boys are officially obsessed with nail polish, the teacher gushed as he flashed his own painted fingernails,” the teacher said. Simple question: would you want your child to be educated by this man?”

“What Aaron has done really creates doubt in the minds of the public, and the people who hire athletes as spokespersons, all of the sudden now they have to worry about somebody that might be lying about something as crucial as vaccination, and it could destroy the market for athletes,” says Adbul-Jabbar. “He does not have the right to endanger people around him.”

In all seriousness why are we looking to professional ball players for ethical commentary?

Fastest Inflation in 31 Years Puts More Heat on Washington (NYT) https://www.nytimes.com/2021/11/10/business/economy/consumer-price-inflation-october.html
“Consumer prices surged at the fastest pace in more than three decades in October as fuel costs picked up, supply chains remained under pressure and rents moved higher — worrying news for economic policymakers at the Federal Reserve and for the Biden White House. Overall prices rose by 6.2 percent over the past 12 months, the fastest pace since 1990, and inflation began to accelerate again on a monthly basis. Prices rose across the board in October, at deli counters and restaurants and car dealerships.”
