What is a diocesan secretary? What do they do exactly and how do you end up as one? In this episode Rachel and David are joined by Jonathan Wood, the secretary and chief executive of the Diocese of Leeds, who answers those questions. Jonathan joined the diocese at the start of the Covid-19 pandemic and explains what he did before that and how he has found the journey with the Church of England so far.
