This Episode focuses on the main reason why we have been a little bit slow to record and upload more content recently. Michael explains to Wes where he has been going for last 6 weeks and tries to put a bit of perspective on his struggles with Mental Health. Wes by his own admission has very little exposure to mental health problems so it's a learning curve for us both. We are back in action and rearing to #getinvolved
