Shirley “Cha Cha” Muldowney is a racing legend and a champion for women. She is drag racing royalty and a champion in competitive racing. She is called the First Lady of Drag Racing for a reason. Shirley won the NHRA Top Fuel Championship three times, making her the first person to win multiple Top Fuel titles. She raced in Funny Car competitions. She won a total of 18 NHRA national events. She won the NHRA Winston points championship and became the first person to claim drag racing's most prestigious title three times.
