Today, we are praying for increased faith.
A reading from Ephesians 3:20-21,
“Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen.
Let us pray:
O God, I want to confess that I worry and always want to play it small, safe, and comfortable. What I go through makes me sometimes doubt that you are all-powerful and almighty.
It is like stopping to believe that you actually created the entire universe; that you conquered death; and there is nothing you can’t do. Help me believe that with you nothing is impossible.
Today, I choose to believe that with faith in you nothing is impossible. I believe that you can do things above and beyond what I ask for or can even imagine. You are God and have everything under your control and power. What you say is what happens.
Thank you for helping me believe in you and your power, today and always, O God, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Amen.

Hoy, estamos orando por una mayor fe.
Una lectura de Efesios 3:20-21,
“Y a Aquel que es poderoso para hacer todas las cosas mucho más abundantemente de lo que pedimos o entendemos, según el poder que actúa en nosotros, a Él sea gloria en la iglesia en Cristo Jesús por todas las generaciones, por los siglos de los siglos. Amén.
Oremos:
Oh Dios, quiero confesarte que me preocupo y siempre quiero jugar de forma segura y cómoda. Lo que paso me hace a veces dudar de que seas todopoderoso.
Es como dejar de creer que en realidad creaste todo el universo; que venciste a la muerte; y no hay nada que no puedas hacer. Ayúdame a creer que contigo nada es imposible.
Hoy elijo creer que con fe en ti nada es imposible. Creo que puedes hacer cosas más allá de lo que pido o incluso puedo imaginar. Eres Dios y tienes todo bajo tu control y poder. Lo que dices es lo que haches.
Gracias por ayudarme a creer en ti y en tu poder, hoy y siempre, oh Dios, Padre, Hijo y Espíritu Santo. Amén.
