Today, we are asking God to give us hope.
A reading from Colossians 1:27,
“To them God willed to make known what are the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles: which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.”
Let us pray:
Heavenly Father,
Life is tough at times, and often makes me feel hopeless. But, I know that in you there is hope, which does not have to do with what is happening to me right now.
Anything or anyone can affect my sense of hope because I sometimes rely on people or stuff. But, the hope I find in you does not depend on people or things. It depends on your love you have for me.
That is why I pray today asking that you help me receive that sense of hope and feel it more again. Give me a glimpse of what you have in mind for me.
What I am asking now is that Christ, you come and dwell in me because you in me, that’s the hope of glory. Let me see you. Let me feel you. Let me hear your gentle voice through the power of the Holy Spirit. Walk with me, Jesus, today, and always. In your name, I pray. Amen.

Hoy, le pedimos a Dios que nos dé esperanza.
Una lectura de Colosenses 1:27,
“A ellos Dios quiso dar a conocer cuáles son las riquezas de la gloria de este misterio entre los gentiles, que es Cristo en vosotros, la esperanza de gloria.”
Recemos :
Padre celestial,
La vida es dura y a menudo, me hace sentir desesperada. Pero, sé que en ti hay esperanza, que no tiene que ver con lo que me está pasando.
Cualquier cosa o cualquiera puede afectar mi sentido de esperanza porque a veces confío en personas o cosas. Pero, la esperanza que encuentro en ti no depende de personas o cosas. Depende del amor que me tengas.
Por eso rezo hoy pidiéndote que me ayudes a recibir ese sentido de esperanza . Déjà je ver lo que tienes en mente para mí.
Lo que pido ahora es que Cristo, vengas y habites en mí porque tú en mí, esa es la esperanza de gloria. Déjame verte. Déjame sentirte. Déjame escuchar tu dulce voz a través del poder del Espíritu Santo. Camina conmigo, Jesús, hoy y siempre. En tu nombre, oro. Amén.
