Welcome and thank you for joining us as we spend the next few moments in prayer for healing and direction.
This week, we’ll be asking God to open our spiritual ears so that we are able to distinguish the voice of God from all the other voices. Also, we ask God to open our spiritual eyes so that we can see God at work in us and around us.
To accomplish all that we need the renewal of our minds as stated in Romans 12:1-2. On your own, make sure you read those two verses from Romans 12.
Here’s how you should be praying this week:
On Tuesday — Offer yourself to God and surrender every area of your life to God.
On Wednesday — Ask God to help you choose God and God’s Word over anything else as you go through this week.
On Thursday — Ask God to renew your mind.
Here’s a prayer for you and me today,
Heavenly Father,
You have the best for us all. But, it is so hard to see it and feel it because so many things of life blind us. There is so much distraction around us that prevents us from seeing you at work in our lives. Today, we pray and ask that you help us see, hear, and experience your true presence every single day this week. We ask all this in your Son’s name, Jesus Christ. Amen.
