This week, we would like you to declare by faith who God has destined you to be.
Let us first read
Ephesians 1:3, “Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ.”
This is my prayer and declaration of who God has called me to be.
I am a child of God through faith in Christ Jesus. I am no longer a slave, but God’s child. And, since I am a child of God, God has also made me an heir. I am blessed in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ.
Through Christ’s death and resurrection, I am alive with Christ and saved by God’s grace. I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in this body, I live it by faith in the Son of God who loved me and gave himself for me.
I am convinced that nothing, in the visible and the invisible, is able to separate me from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus Christ, my Lord and Savior.
I am precious and honored in God’s eyes because God loves me and can give anything in return just for me and my life. God knows me. God knows when I sit and when I rise. Because of God’s love, God has called me to be God’s ambassador and serve through God’s ministry of reconciliation.
I am God’s special possession and called to declare the praises of God who called me out of darkness into HIS wonderful light. Once I had not received mercy, but now I have found mercy through faith in Christ. Yes, I am God’s treasured possession. And, out of all people, God, you’ve called me by name and told me: “You are mine for ever.”
I thank you this day, this week and always. In Christ’s name, I pray. Amen.
