Today, we are asking God to help us deal with anxiety, panic, and fear.
A reading from Matthew 11:28-29,
“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”
Let us pray:
Dear God,
I come to you this day and lay all my panic, anxiety, and fears at your feet. Fears, anxieties, and worries crush me and often make me forget of your power. Right now I acknowledge your power and grace as the only things that can help overcome my panic, anxiety, and fears that I surrender to you today.
I understand that I cannot beat this by myself, but also know that I have a God, the Maker of all things, who can do anything for me. You loved me first, and before I was even born, you knew me by name. You made me not as a servant of these panics, anxieties and fears society and life throw at me.
You have made me your child by faith in Christ. You have called me to serve you. So, from now on, I know that I am free through Christ. I feel your peace now. I feel you walking with me today, and always, through the power of the Holy Spirit. Thank you, God, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Amen.

Hoy, le pedimos a Dios que nos ayude a lidiar con la ansiedad, el pánico y el miedo.
lectura de Mateo 11:28-29,
“Venid a mí todos los que estáis cansados y cargados, y yo os haré descansar. Llevad mi yugo sobre vosotros y aprended de mí, que soy manso y humilde de corazón, y hallaréis descanso para vuestras almas. porque mi yugo es suave y mi carga ligera”.
Querido Dios,
Vengo a ti este día y pongo todo mi pánico, ansiedad y temores a tus pies. Los miedos, las ansiedades y las preocupaciones me aplastan y muchas veces me hacen olvidar tu poder. En este momento reconozco tu poder y tu gracia como las únicas cosas que pueden ayudar a superar mi pánico, ansiedad y miedos que hoy se rinden ante ti.
Entiendo que no puedo superar esto por mí mismo, pero también sé que tengo un Dios, elcreador de todas las cosas, que puede hacer cualquier cosa por mí. Me amaste primero, y antes de que yo naciera, me conocías por mi nombre. No me hiciste siervo de estos pánicos, angustias y miedos que la sociedad y la vida me arrojan.
Me has hecho hijo tuyo por la fe en Cristo. Me has llamado para servirte. Así que, de ahora en adelante, sé que soy libre por medio de Cristo. Siento tu paz. Te siento caminar conmigo, por el poder del Espíritu Santo. Gracias, Dios, Padre, Hijo y Espíritu. Amén.
